Hello!
I’m Vicki Landers, and at my core, I help people remember why their work matters to them and how much power they still have in it. I’m a physical therapist by training, a leader and strategist by experience, and a coach and speaker by calling. After nearly three decades in healthcare, leadership, and organizational change, I’ve seen what helps people and teams thrive, and what slowly (or quickly!) wears them down.
When I’m on stage, I create space for people to pause, recognize themselves in the message, and consider a different way forward. The energy in the room changes—not because of hype, but because something meaningful clicks. Whether I’m speaking with healthcare leaders, clinicians, or professional organizations, my goal is the same: help people shift perspective, reconnect with their purpose, and choose how they want to show up, at work and beyond.
Teaching and coaching have always been part of my path. I’ve trained teams, guided leaders through change, and supported professionals who are burned out, stuck, or quietly wondering, “Is this really it?” As a Certified Professional Coach and founder of In Progress Coaching, I believe mindset drives behavior, and behavior shapes culture. My keynotes and workshops aren’t about motivation for the moment; they’re about walking out of the room with meaningful change that can be implemented immediately.
If you want a speaker who brings energy, depth, and real-world experience, and leaves your audience thinking differently long after the applause, I’d love to be part of that conversation.
